CHIPS WOOD FEEDING SYSTEM FOR BOILER

Creative-Agromash designs and manufactures complexes for ensuring the operation of boiler houses on wood chips and sawdust. The complexes are equipped with silos of our production. Silos can be with a flat metal or concrete bottom for the operational storage or accumulation of dry wood chips, chopped straw, sunflower husk, wet and dry wood chips. Silos are manufactured according to the German technology of the Lipp-system company. They are ideally used in modern European enterprises for the production of granular fuel pellets, woodworking factories, and boiler houses operating on pellets and wood chips.

Installation of a spiral-folding silo is carried out by us using an automated installation. The body of our silo, unlike the silo of corrugated panels on the bolt assembly, has a perfectly smooth surface inside the silo, the smooth surface of the body does not allow sticking of products on the silo wall. We also have the opportunity in the lower part of the silo body to expand the diameter of the silo, and thereby additionally create a negative angle. A negative angle eliminates the sticking of the product to the body, since under its own weight the product simply falls off at the bottom of the housing. The silo case is made by us from galvanized steel with galvanic zinc coating by hot dip galvanizing of at least 275 g / m2, it is also possible to use steel with increased anti-corrosion properties, steel with German Magnelis coating gives high resistance to corrosion.

In special cases, we can use Verinox steel - this is a combined composite galvanized steel with an additional stainless steel coating from 0.37 to 0.5 mm thick.,

Silos MSFS are produced according to the design documentation and have a strength for increased snow of at least 240 kg / m2 and a wind load of more than 160 km / h.
